Why a Coach?

3 common factors of why/when you would need a Nutrition/Fitness Coach.

Nutrition, Fitness, Coaching.

Over past years of Fitness and Nutrition Coaching, I can tell you that one of the primary reasons I am so passionate to help my clients in reaching their goals is because, I know that sometimes this fight cannot be conquered alone.

Sometimes you need to have a Coach in your corner, helping you along the way, giving you the confidence, and encouragement to accomplish and finish strong, to not give up when it's hard or it hurts, right?!!

I have seen many people who suffer from depression, anxiety, or even a lack of discipline or confidence, regain strength, feel more comfortable in their own skin and start to have a more hopeful and positive outlook in life because, they took a step of faith to reach out to get the help they needed from a Coach.

As a Coach, I have learned that you can never train 2 people they exact same way. Everyone is uniquely designed and has different physical mechanics, mental, and emotional states, and you have to meet clients where they are and at the level of where they are, to design an effective plan of action for success.

So, I want to share with you the top 3 common factors of why/when you can benefit from a Nutrition/Fitness Coach.

#1-Reached a Plateau

The number one reason to reach out to a Coach is you may be stuck at a certain weight/size or in your fitness journey your not seeing the results you are striving for. In order to see something change, a Coach will assess the current habits/lifestyles that need changing in order to create a personalized plan.

#2-No Plan

You have a great goal but, no idea how/what you need to do to accomplish it.

Your Coach will assess where you are on your fitness/nutrition journey and will design a unique, doable plan for you based around your personal goals, and together will strive to reach them until completion. And you will always have a plan provided by your Coach.

#3-Accountability

This one is tricky because we think we are on track, doing all the right things, don't need to be accountable, spinning our wheels going nowhere at times, and don't understand why we are not getting results! When we are accountable it allows the Coach to see where there may be an area of opportunity where there is challenges/struggles and provide a possible easier way to make a change that we didn't see or weren't aware of.

Being accountable to a Coach will allow you to more effectively reach your fitness/nutrition goals, likely even sooner. As they look at all aspects of your lifestyle and help educate you with the most effective plan of action based on your dietary/fitness needs. And recommend the best options for you.

I hope this was helpful for your decision making wherever you are on you journey. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me DM or on social media.

As always I give God glory for each one He sends my way, it is an honor to serve the people at a health and fitness level.

Be blessed,

Coach Lisa
