When Should I, Will I, Can I and How?

Have you ever felt like this about you Fitness Routine? I know I sure have many times!!! You're motivated, excited to reach new goals, feel healthier, look better, have more energy and then...... LIFE happens, right??!

And the questions go like this:
*When should I exercise when I have such a busy schedule?
*Will I be consistent in my fitness commitment?
*Will I be satisfied?
*Can I get the results I am looking for?
*How do I know what exercises to do?
*How will I make it happen?
Many of us have a good start up on our journey but, then many other things tend to get in the way sometimes, it's LIFE, right?!! But, so is your health, and without it, you will not be able to keep up with the rest of your LIFE, so I would imagine you would consider it to be a very important part of who you are, right?!
Today, I am going to share with you 3 simple steps that many have found to be super simple to help you succeed in your daily Fitness Journey.

1-Make A Plan- Plan when you will exercise, even if it is 30 min of walking/stretching/gym 5 days a week.
Your heart, your body has a lot of muscles and, it is vital to make them move, and cause more blood to flow freely everyday if you are physically able to, and if not, there are video chair exercise routines, available also, and it is always fun to exercise with someone else! Morning time is usually best for busy Moms, as we tend to run our energy out throughout the day, on other things and it's also helps boost your energy and have a brighter outlook for your morning.
2-Stick To The Plan-Once you've set a time to exercise, don't detour from it, this is your time to take care of yourself. Your family needs you to be there for them physically and emotionally. Exercising also helps with oxygen intake and mental clarity.
3-Don't Give Up-Be Consistent, the only way you will succeed in your health is to keep showing up every day for yourself, for health, for your family, for your LIFE!! Many of my clients have also found it to be successful to have a Coach by their side to schedule their sessions, so they will keep showing up and be accountable, as they know they struggle to do it on their own.
I am cheering you on, on this journey as I know how hard it is sometimes, but you my friends, are so worth it!
